Your annual earning picture
What could you earn?
Your deals. Your sponsored agents. Your estimated cash and stock for one eXp anniversary year.
01Your commission
Average commission means what you earn on your side of each sale, before eXp's share — not the home's price.
You reach the $16,000 limit, then keep 100% of further commission. All estimates exclude brokerage fees, taxes and business expenses.
02Your downstream
Agents you personally sponsor into eXp. This simple estimate covers your direct agents only, not all seven levels.
Two payments per agent you sponsor. On every closing: 3.5% of their gross commission until they reach their own $16,000 limit ($80,000 in commission) — up to $2,800 a year per agent. Plus, when a first-year agent reaches that limit: a Fast Start bonus of $4,000 on top. So one first-year agent who reaches the limit can earn you $6,800. Actual payments depend on eXp's monthly adjustments, qualifying transactions and eligibility.

ICON stock award
Production not yet met: reach the limit and close 20 more deals, or earn $500,000+ gross commission with at least 10 deals.
Equal-sized deals assumed when estimating deals after the limit. Production alone does not guarantee ICON; eXp must confirm qualification. Awards have vesting and other requirements.
